You don't always need to be productive

If you missed past weeks' newsletters you can read them all here.

Hi Reader.

Lately, I have been sharing with you plenty about the habits, and routines with a homemaking schedule (which you can download for free using your code: 1StepForward ) and some spring cleaning is yet to come...

BUT there should be also time to just be and chill without being productive. Tea and tea drinking is a big part of savoring moments and living a natural lifestyle.

So today I will just drop into your inbox shortly to share a recipe for a simple fragrant iced Moroccan mint tea.

You can make it easily with fresh mint leaves, some green tea, lime, and plenty of ice cubes. I have been making this iced version as a change to the traditional Moroccan mint tea that is served hot.

It has been such a joy to savor the moment with another kind of tea. What things do you use to savor the moment? Hit the reply button and tell me your best treats!

Every day makes a difference. ♡

Sonja

PS. Mint and green tea have loads of benefits to the mind and body. If you want to know more, you can find it here.

Iced Moroccan mint tea with fragrant mint, flavorful gunpowder green tea, and a hint of lime to give that oomph. This is the iced tea for any chill day.

You can easily scale up the recipe to serve in a pitcher for a crowd!

The benefits of Moroccan mint tea are its boost to the immune system and metabolism, its help for upset stomach, and relief of stress to mention a few. The main ingredients, mint, and green tea make this drink such an amazing boost, and a beautiful hot drink to enjoy with family.

Using tea to stain wood naturally is one of my favorite ways to darken it and make it look weathered. As an avid tea drinker, I find it fun to use tea in other ways than just as a beverage - and well it costs next to nothing.
