🌱 Bucket List for March

Hi Reader!

If you missed the past months' Natural Living Bucket List, you can find it here: February.

Here is your seasonal Natural lifestyle inspiration dose for this month.

March is the time when nature starts to slowly wake up. This is the moment to continue your garden plans and sow some seeds indoors, especially if you are in the northern hemisphere, where the summer and growing season are short.

Dye eggs with tea

Easter is just around the corner so preparing with the seasonal decorations that are natural and homemade is the best I know. Tea is one natural way to dye the egg shells by immersing them in strong tea overnight to get the natural hues. I'll be sharing my tips on the weekly Natural Lifestyle Letters later in March, so wait for my letter.

Try a new tea blend

If you have not yet tasted winter tea blends, this is your moment to mix and match things in your pantry for new flavours. Shake up the traditional Earl Grey and make your own tea blends. March is a Caffeine Awarness Month (more about it throughout March) so it is good to have several options to enjoy!

Spring clean naturally

One of the best physical activities this time of the year that makes the head clear is a good spring cleaning. If you need a good, deep cleaning plan, I have for you a spring offer for my Natural Deep Cleaning guide + checklists with 20% off. Get the discount at the end of this letter!

Spot first spring flowers

March is the time between winter and springtime. It is the magical door into the era of awaking nature, and the first sprouts and buds that are enjoying the warming sun, though the snow is not completely gone yet. Listen to the rhythm of the natural world and notice the sudden changes of the season. Let it give you new, undescribable energy.

Enjoy the warming sunbeams

Pause for a moment and let the sunbeams warm your face and hands to give you more energy. A walk outside next to a field or a seashore with a diret sunlight will wipe away all the traces of the cold winter.

Plant seeds indoors

When it is still too cold outside to cultivate, you can start the growing season indoors. Some plants need a cold treatment to grow; some can be started right away, and you can enjoy herbs and vegetables already through summer until fall and frost.

Wash gardening tools

Be ready for the growing season. Wash and maintain any gardening tools and pots for the new season. I know there are some left unwashed after last season, I have always, so now it is a good time to take care of that before April comes.

Natural Lifestyle Letters Reader, March just rolled in. Is it just me, or has the start of the year gone wayyy faster this year? I have plenty on my March Bucket List, but one thing this month to pay attention to is the caffeine intake. Why? Well, not just because March is Caffeine Awareness Month, but after the winter survival mode, it is a good moment to make a gentle reset. A cold plunge spot in the frozen sea in the North.

Natural Lifestyle Letters Hi Reader, if you’re looking for an adrenaline spark and deep calmness all at once, a cold plunge in nature might surprise you. During January and February, when the sky is clear and temperatures stay low, many Nordics head to nature parks and winter swimming spots to dip into icy water to wake the body, support circulation, and sink into the quiet that follows. And if you’re thinking, that’s definitely not for me… I hear you. I somehow convinced my Moroccan husband...
