🌿 Bucket List for April: Spring Energy & Simple Seasonal Habits

Natural Living Bucket List

Bucket List for April

Hi Reader,

If you missed the past months' Natural Living Bucket List, you can find it here: March.

I’ve gathered seasonal natural lifestyle inspiration to help you lean into the subtle energy of April, nourish your home and garden, and embrace the simple joys of foraging, herbal teas, and mindful movement.

Get energy from green tea

As the days grow longer in April, leaning into natural energy is more than appropriate. Green tea has a reasonable amount of theine, the caffeine in tea, to keep your energy subtle without crashing. Add matcha to your latte or smoothie, or use gunpowder green tea for your mint iced tea.

Enjoy the blossoming trees

Nature has a surprising way to lighten the mood, especially in the springtime. Seize the moment and visit beautiful parks or wander in the forest so as not to miss the blossoming trees. Cherries and blooming apple trees are my favourites. Tell me what your favourites are by replying this email!

Forage Wood Sorrels for Wild Pesto

The springtime is the moment to expand your pantry to the forest and start foraging, which is one of the most beautiful natural lifestyle habits.

Simple things to forage this season are the wood sorrels that are abundant and easy to recognize, and super simple to add to salads or make wild pesto out of.

Make Nettle Pancakes

Another everyday plant is stinging nettle, which you can definitely spot everywhere you go! Just use gloves to avoid the sting and focus on the small leaves that are growing far from the main roads and composts to avoid the accumulated nitrates.

Organize home

When spring comes, it comes with natural energy that is so important to use wisely. Spring clean and organize your home when you feel the natural push to do so. Use the help of cleaning schedules to ease homemaking and everyday life enormously.

Your next steps

Prick out Seedlings

The sun starts to be sufficient for the plants, and the small seedlings crave to be pricked out and planted in the bigger pots to get more living space and energy.

Tend your garden of herbs to enjoy teas (hot or iced!) and delicious meals throughout the whole summer.

Make a Silent Walk Through the Forest

Elevate your day with a walk in the silence of nature. Deep forests are still waking up, and the tiny spruce shoots and leaves are sprouting. Pause to listen to the soundworld of nature and embrace the peace and strength it gives to those who enter.

Natural Lifestyle Letters Hi Reader, Sometimes the habit we need most is rest. Poor sleep, a full mind, or constant busyness can make us misread exhaustion as → hunger → laziness → or even failure It is crucial to use rest as a natural lifestyle habit and not as a rare, luxury moment. After years of misalignemnet forced me to learn to schedule quiet walks in the forest, slow mornings, and herbal tea pauses — not as indulgences, but as habits that protect balance and systemize the rest time....

@BlueTeaTile Hi Reader, A few weeks ago, I shared something new with you—my very first recipe video. And today, I’m continuing… maybe a little more confidently this time. This one is a recipe many of you already know and love. It’s warm, comforting, and perfect for slower moments, especially when you want something soothing without the caffeine: → Rooibos Chai Latte (naturally theine-free) It’s one of those recipes I keep coming back to—especially in the evenings, or whenever I want the...

Herbal leaf in the cup for a spring time herbal tea.

Natural Lifestyle Letters Hi Reader, There is a quiet shift that begins when the light returns. You might notice it in small moments first—how your mornings feel a little lighter, how your tea doesn’t need to be as strong, or how you linger a bit longer by the window without rushing. Spring has a way of softening routines without asking us to change them. One of the simplest places this shows up is in your tea. The same cup that felt grounding in winter begins to feel different in spring....
