Rooibos Chai Latte, simple & spiced (+video)

@BlueTeaTile

Hi Reader,

A few weeks ago, I shared something new with you—my very first recipe video. And today, I’m continuing..

This one is a recipe many of you already know and love. It’s warm, comforting, and perfect for slower moments, especially when you want something soothing without the caffeine.

It’s one of those recipes I keep coming back to. I originally created it for my tiny daughter, who loves chai lattes (she calls them actually “babyccinos”...), but I didn’t want her to have too much caffeine at her age.

Lowing something for a change to the regular cup of chamomile in the evening? Watch how to steep the simple Rooibos Chai Latte here.

If you’ve been exploring more balanced energy or looking for naturally caffeine-free options, this is a simple one to have on hand.

I’ll continue sharing a new video every two weeks, slowly building a small library of these recipes. So, if there’s something you’d love to see next, hit the reply button and tell me—I’d truly love to hear.

Steep, pour, and enjoy the moment ♡

A woman holding a vanilla matcha latte cup in her hands

@BlueTeaTile Hi Reader, You might recognise this feeling. Matcha and I, we didn't have a great start. To be honest, I didn't like it at all. That made me realise that matcha, paired with vanilla and sweetness, is a whole other story than a plain...
